Introduction to Koshi Tappu Wildlife

Koshi Tappu Wildlife Safari is the third popular wildlife safari trip to experience the amazing Nepal Wildlife Safari. It is located 347 kilometers east of Kathmandu. Located in the eastern part of Nepal, Koshi Tappu Wildlife Safari offers spectacular views of the natural wilderness. Start the Trek

Our journey starts with an hour’s drive to Nayapul village. After about 3 hours of climbing and crossing the bridge, we reached Ghandruk. Here, you can get a closer view of the Annapurna and the Machhapuchhre. As we trek, we reach Poonhill, a view tower from which the best views of the Himalayas can be observed. The panoramic view of the Himalayas is exciting.

Here, we can enjoy the panoramic view of mountains such as Dhaulagiri I (8,167m), Tukuche (6,920m), Nilgiri (6,930m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Annapurna I (8,091 m), and Hiunchuli (6,420m).
